The following conditions apply for return requests: • Within 14 days from the purchase date • Product/service unused and in original packaging • Invoice or sales document available • Product/service not damaged
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the purchase date.
3. Return Process
The return process consists of the following steps: 1. Create a return request on the platform 2. Specify the return reason 3. Send the product/service (if required) 4. Refund is made when the return process is completed
The return process is usually completed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are made according to the payment method: • Credit card: Reflected in your account within 5-7 business days • Bank transfer: Within 3-5 business days • Cash: Same day or within 1-2 business days

5. Exchange Policy
Product/service exchange can be made under the following conditions: • Exchange with product/service of the same price • Difference is paid if there is a difference • Exchange request must be made within 14 days
Exchange is carried out depending on stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Products/Services
Returns cannot be made in the following cases: • Personalized products/services • Opened and used digital content • Expired products • Damaged or incomplete products (due to user error)
Non-returnable products/services are specified at the time of purchase.
7. Damaged Products
For products damaged during delivery: • Take photos immediately • Create a return request • Send the product • Full refund is made
